Abstract

This study explores the impact of key factors on positive transformational outcomes and growth in higher education institutions, with a focus on alignment with accreditation benchmarks, global engagement, standardized practices, and policy/governance changes. Regression analysis results indicate significant positive relationships between alignment with accreditation benchmarks and transformational outcomes, underscoring the importance of adherence to established standards for institutional development. Active participation in global initiatives is also found to indirectly influence institutional growth by fostering positive transformational outcomes. Furthermore, the adoption of standardized practices is shown to enhance efficiency, positively impacting both transformational outcomes and growth. Policy and governance changes contribute significantly to these outcomes, highlighting the need for institutions to be adaptable and strategically responsive to external pressures. Data was collected using a cross-sectional design, with a stratified random sample of 170 participants, including students, faculty, administrators, support staff, board members, and alumni, ensuring a representative demographic. A structured questionnaire based on established theoretical frameworks was used to capture quantitative data on the variables of interest. The findings offer actionable insights for institutional leaders, emphasizing the importance of aligning with accreditation benchmarks, fostering global engagement, adopting standardized practices, and enacting strategic governance changes to drive institutional growth and positive transformation.
